En la zona urbana las aguas de las lluvias son captadas superficialmente. Estas debido a las caracter\u00edsticas topol\u00f3gicas tienen escurrimientos hacia las distintas cuencas geogr\u00e1ficas e hidr\u00e1ulicas que en algunos casos coincid\u00edan con lechos de arroyos que atravesaban la ciudad.<\/p>\n
